Tower of prayer is a tower of refuge

Our church of the month is the Tower of Prayer church from Letlabile Block B, North West.
This church is lead by founders and senior pastors Mr. and Mrs. Mtshali. The church was started in the
year 2017 and their core principles include serving and giving.

In the year 2017, the church adopted a local school, Osaletseng primary school and continue to support
the children to date. The church supports the school by raising funds to buy the learners school uniform
for both summer and winter. Mrs. Mtshali works hand in hand with the principal of the school, Mr.
Koitsiwe to ensure that the learners get what they need. The church usually hosts a banquet dinner at
the end of each year to raise funds for the learners. At the banquet held last year, Mr. Koitsiwe spoke
about how humbled he was by the grace that God is showing him and his learners through Tower of
Prayer.

This year is going to be different. They will not be able to gather for the annual banquet and raise funds
as usual because of the coronavirus pandemic, but that does not mean the giving stops. The church will
be receiving funds through EFT’s and cash sends.
Today we celebrate the church and the wonderful initiative that they have taken to be the hand of God
in the lives of these learners.
